# Acceptable Use Policy Version 2026-10-15. Effective for new agreements accepted from 15 October 2026. Who this applies to This policy covers your business account, authorised team members, website connection and use of Bookings features. You may invite customers to use your public booking page. You are responsible for the access and activities you authorise, while we remain responsible for our own obligations under the service terms. Accurate services and lawful bookings Only list services you are entitled and able to provide. Describe prices, availability, locations and cancellation conditions accurately. Do not impersonate another business, create deceptive bookings or use the service for unlawful activity. Obtain the permissions needed for any images, text or other material you publish. Respect customer information Use customer information only for lawful, explained purposes. Do not sell access to booking records or reveal another customer’s details. Collect only what you need. Do not enter payment-card details, account passwords or unnecessary sensitive information into booking notes. Additional safeguards and an appropriate lawful basis are needed for health or other special-category information; discuss that use with us first. Messages and connected accounts Send messages only where you have a lawful basis and any required permission. Do not use reminders or connected email accounts for spam, harassment or misleading promotions. Honour applicable opt-outs. Connect only accounts you are authorised to control and comply with the relevant provider’s terms. Protect the service Do not try to obtain another account’s information, share credentials to evade team allowances, bypass access controls or interfere with availability. Do not introduce malware or run disruptive automated requests. Testing must not put real customers or their data at risk. These rules do not remove rights under applicable open-source licences or rights protected by law. Report a concern Contact support@hampshiremarketing.co.uk with the affected page, time and a description of the issue. Avoid including customer records or credentials unless we arrange a suitable way to share necessary evidence. Do not publish exploit details that would put other users at risk while an issue is being investigated. How we respond We will investigate reports and take action proportionate to the issue. Where safe, we will explain the problem and give an opportunity to correct it. Serious security risks or unlawful activity may require immediate restriction, followed by an explanation where lawful. We will review restrictions when the issue is resolved. Termination, data handling and remedies remain governed by the service terms and data-processing agreement.
